4. Data recipients

Your data is intended for BURGAS's internal departments and our subcontractors strictly necessary to fulfil the order: payment provider, carriers and shipping logistics partners, platform host. These subcontractors are contractually bound to confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Your data is never sold to third parties. Certain processing operations may involve a transfer outside the EU, governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

5. Retention period

  • Account and order data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes after the last contact.
  • Accounting documents (invoices): 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
  • Prospecting data (marketing consent): 3 years from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the RGPD, you have the following rights: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability of your data, and withdrawal of your consent at any time. You may also set directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
