Returns & refunds

At BURGAS, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product isn't right for you, here's how to proceed simply.
Your two return periods
- Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days: in accordance with the French Code de la consommation, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, with no justification required.
- BURGAS goodwill return — 30 days: as a goodwill gesture, we extend this period to 30 days from receipt, for any unused product in its original packaging.
Return conditions
The product must be:
- unused, unworn, unwashed;
- in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, labels);
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation e-mail).
How to proceed
- Contact us at oualiking782@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions within 48 h.
- Ship the product within the allotted time (14 or 30 days). We recommend a tracked shipment: responsibility for the parcel lies with you until it is received by us.
Return shipping costs
- Change of mind (withdrawal or goodwill return): return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: return and re-shipping costs are fully covered by BURGAS. Contact us and we'll provide a cost-free solution.
Refund
After we receive and check the returned product, we process the refund within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. The refund includes the price of the product and, in the case of a statutory withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs. For a defective product, the refund is full, including shipping.
Product damaged on delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 h to oualiking782@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Legal warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. See our Terms of Sale, Article 8.
