Want to know where your order is? Here's everything you need to know.
As soon as you order
You receive a confirmation e-mail summarising your order (products, amount, delivery address). If you don't see it, remember to check your spam folder.
When it ships
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a shipping e-mail containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time with the carrier.
Timeframes to expect
- Preparation and shipping: 1 to 3 business days after your order.
- Transit: 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
- Total estimated time: 8 to 18 business days.
The tracking number can take 24 to 72 h to activate after shipping, while the carrier takes charge of the parcel.
A question about your tracking?
- Tracking hasn't moved for several days? This is usually temporary (transit, customs clearance). Please wait 48 h.
- Your estimated delivery time has passed? Write to us at oualiking782@gmail.com with your order number: we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
